These Terms govern access to https://elitecatalogue.com/ and purchases (including order requests) of Atlas Limited Collection products offered by Elite Catalogue. By using the site or submitting an order request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The storefront is operated under the public brand Elite Catalogue. Operating-entity registry details (KRS, NIP, REGON, VAT) and postal address appear in the site footer. Day-to-day contact: hello@elitecatalogue.com.
2. The catalogue experience
Product pages describe luggage from the Atlas Limited Collection. Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include the presentation currency used on the site; any VAT treatment applicable to your order will be confirmed before payment. Images are illustrative; minor finish variation can occur between batches of a limited run.
Submitting an order request is an invitation for us to confirm availability, shipping, and payment instructions. A binding contract is formed only when we expressly accept your order in writing (email) and/or when payment for that accepted order is completed, whichever we state in the confirmation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You warrant that information you submit is accurate and that you will not misuse the site (including scraping, automated abuse, or payment fraud).
4. Pricing, stock, and limited runs
- Prices and stock status may change until we confirm your order
- Atlas Limited is intentionally capped; colourways may not be restocked
- Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund of any amount already paid
5. Shipping and risk
Dispatch and transit estimates are described on our Shipping page and confirmed per order. Risk of loss or damage passes when the carrier delivers to the address you provide (or when you collect, if arranged). Title passes on delivery after full payment, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. Returns and complaints
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the conditions on our Returns page. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived. Manufacturing defects should be reported promptly with photos and your order reference.
7. Intellectual property
Site design, copy, product photography, logos, and brand marks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial parts of the catalogue without prior written consent, except for ordinary browser caching and personal non-commercial viewing.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or probe the site without authorisation
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through forms
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with Elite Catalogue
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or travel disruption) arising from site use or delayed delivery caused by carriers or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies run only if you accept them via the banner.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms for legal or operational reasons. The revised version applies from the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for subsequent visits and orders.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts competent for the operating entity's seat have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer venue rules require otherwise.
